Serves: 2 Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 15 minutes
2 tilapia filets (or other white fish)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
2 pinches of smoked paprika
1/4 cup low FODMAP balsamic dressing
1/4 cup raw pecans or walnuts
2 large handfuls baby spinach
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Drizzle fish filets with oil. Place in basket of air fryer. Combine dijon mustard, maple syrup, vinegar, salt, andpepper. Spoon dijon mixture evenly over fish.
Cook fish In air-fryer on 380 F for 6-12 minutes (depending on thickness of fish), or until fish can be flaked easily with a fork.
Combine all salad Ingredients and serve on the side.
