Danielle Starmer, RD LDN
Danielle Starmer is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in digestive and kidney nutrition. She received her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Samford University and completed her Dietetic Internship at National Healthcare Corporation. After working for years on healing her own IBS and finding peace with food and her body, Danielle realized her passion for helping others with their digestive issues. She also has spent time working with dialysis patients on their nutritional health. She has experience counseling hundreds of patients on healing their gut and maintaining kidney health with a weight-neutral approach.
Lee Baxter, MS, RDN, LD
Lee has a Masters Degree in Nutrition Sciences from Samford University, where she also completed her Dietetic Internship. She completed the Chef's Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City, which is focused on plant-based cuisine. Lee has been providing nutrition counseling services for over three years and specializes in weight loss, high cholesterol, diabetes, and hypertension. She loves teaching people about nutrition and helping them reach their health and wellness goals. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis!
