Need a quick and easy dip to take to your next get-together or tailgate this football season? Look no further! This recipe required no baking and minimal prep work! Also, it is celiac-friendly and won't leave you wondering if you'll pay the price for this later!
Ingredients:
Diced Tomato
1 can of corn
1 can of black-eyed peas
1 can of black beans
1 diced purple onion
1 diced green and red bell pepper
1 avocado
1 jalapeno
Drizzle of olive oil, lime juice, vinegar, honey
Sprinkle in garlic powder, cumin, pepper, salt, and chili powder
Top with cilantro
Mix together and serve with tortilla chips!
