Celiac Friendly Cowboy Caviar!

Need a quick and easy dip to take to your next get-together or tailgate this football season? Look no further! This recipe required no baking and minimal prep work! Also, it is celiac-friendly and won't leave you wondering if you'll pay the price for this later!



Ingredients:

  • Diced Tomato

  • 1 can of corn

  • 1 can of black-eyed peas

  • 1 can of black beans

  • 1 diced purple onion

  • 1 diced green and red bell pepper

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 jalapeno

  • Drizzle of olive oil, lime juice, vinegar, honey

  • Sprinkle in garlic powder, cumin, pepper, salt, and chili powder

  • Top with cilantro

  • Mix together and serve with tortilla chips!
