Metabolic Reset
In Collaboration with Birmingham Gastroenterology Associates
If you have been told you have fatty liver disease, insulin resistance, or other metabolic health concerns, this course was built for you. It is a six month program made up of six modules, one for each month, so you have time to actually put each step into practice before moving to the next.
By the end of the program, our goals are to help you:
-
Lower liver fat and support long term liver health
-
Improve insulin sensitivity and stabilize blood sugar
-
Build sustainable eating habits that fit your real life, with no extreme dieting and no long list of foods you can never eat again
-
Understand the why behind each recommendation, so the changes stick well after the program ends
-
Set and reach personal goals with support and accountability along the way
You will get clear information, real world tools, and a pace that gives lasting change a real chance to take hold.

In-Person Group
Join a small group at our Homewood office and work through the program together with guidance from one of our dietitians. Sessions are held in person and include time for questions and discussion with others going through the same process.
This option is covered by insurance for eligible plans.
Best for: People who like face-to-face support and learning alongside others.

Virtual Group
Go through the same six modules with live support from one of our registered dietitians. You will check in virtually as you move through the material, ask questions, and get feedback on your goals along the way.
This option is covered by insurance for eligible plans.
Best for: People who want expert guidance and accountability without coming into the office.

Self-Paced
Work through all six modules on your own schedule. You get full access to the videos, worksheets, and assessments, and you can move as quickly or slowly as you need.
This option is private pay, and you can use your HSA or FSA card to cover the cost.
Best for: People who want flexibility and are comfortable learning independently.
