Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Need a quick protein-rich breakfast or snack? This smoothie bowl is a delicious go-to!

Prep: 10 minutes


  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice OR 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt

  • 6 oz milk of choice

  • 1/4 cup granola

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • drizzle of honey (optional)


  1. Blend strawberries, protein powder or greek yogurt, and milk in a blender until smooth.

  2. Scoop smoothie into a bowl and top with granola, blueberries, and honey.
