5 Gut Friendly Snacks!

Quick and easy snacks that are gentle on your gut! These 5 snacks are Low FODMAP and delicious!

1. Quaker Rice Cakes

Enjoy plain Quaker rice cakes for a quick Low FODMAP snack! Add 1 TBSP of lactose free Greek yogurt and a few blueberries on top for added flavor and nutrients!

2. Carrots and guacamole

Dip your carrots in some delicious guacamole and have a crunchy and delicious treat! We recommend creating your own, but if you buy in stores make sure to watch out for onions or garlic added to the guac!

3. Popcorn

Salty, easy, and a perfect go to snack. Popcorn will satisfy your snack craving and wont hurt your stomach in the process!

4. Homemade Trail Mix

Create your own trail mix with peanuts, dark chocolate chips, and raisins! Enjoy a sweet and salty snack, while also eating Low FODMAP!

5. Pineapple, Strawberries, or mangos

Enjoy a sweet fruit for a fun snack. Eat them individually or mix them up for your own personal fruit salad. Limit pineapple to only one cup to keep the snack low FODMAP.
